What is CVE-2019-18575?

Dell Command Configure versions prior to 4.2.1 are vulnerable to an uncontrolled search path issue. A locally authenticated attacker could exploit this flaw by creating a symbolic link to a targeted file, enabling them to overwrite or corrupt critical files on the system. This vulnerability poses significant risks to the integrity of the affected systems, allowing unauthorized modifications.
