What is CVE-2019-20002?

A Formula Injection vulnerability exists in the export feature of SolarWinds WebHelpDesk 12.7.1. This issue occurs when a low-privileged user submits a value in the Subject field of a help request form. The provided value is improperly handled during a TSV export process initiated by an admin user in the TicketActions/view?tab=group endpoint, potentially allowing the execution of arbitrary formulas or scripts during export, leading to data manipulation or unauthorized access risks.
