What is CVE-2019-20059?

The YetiShare file sharing script versions 3.5.2 through 4.5.4 contain a SQL injection vulnerability due to insecure handling of user input in the payment_manage.ajax.php and related *_manage.ajax.php files. Attackers can exploit this flaw by injecting arbitrary SQL commands through the sSortDir_0 parameter, allowing them to manipulate database queries and potentially extract sensitive data. This issue arises from an incomplete remediation of a prior vulnerability, emphasizing the importance of comprehensive security measures.

Exploit Proof of Concept (PoC)

PoC code is written by security researchers to demonstrate the vulnerability can be exploited. PoC code is also a key component for weaponization which could lead to ransomware.
