What is CVE-2019-20183?
The Employee Records System 1.0 contains a vulnerability in the uploadimage.php file that permits attackers to upload and execute arbitrary PHP code due to inadequate file-extension validation that occurs only on the client side. Malicious users can manipulate the global.js file to permit the uploading of files with a .php extension, facilitating remote code execution and posing significant security risks to the affected system.
