What is CVE-2019-2489?
A vulnerability exists in the Oracle One-to-One Fulfillment component of Oracle E-Business Suite. This issue allows an unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to gain unauthorized access to critical data. Successful exploitation can lead to the unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of data affecting the integrity and confidentiality of all Oracle One-to-One Fulfillment accessible data. Supported affected versions include 12.1.3, 12.2.3, 12.2.4, 12.2.5, 12.2.6, 12.2.7, and 12.2.8.
