What is CVE-2019-25313?

FlexNet Publisher version 11.12.1 has been identified as having a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability that could be exploited by attackers. This flaw enables malicious actors to craft a harmful HTML form aimed at authenticated users. If a user unknowingly submits this form, the attacker can create an administrative user account with a preset password without requiring any authentication.
