What is CVE-2019-25385?
Smoothwall Express 3.1-SP4-polar-x86_64-update9 is susceptible to a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability. This issue allows attackers to inject malicious scripts through manipulation of the MACHINE and MACHINECOMMENT parameters. By sending specially crafted POST requests to the outgoing.cgi endpoint, an attacker can execute arbitrary JavaScript in the context of the user's browser, potentially leading to the theft of sensitive session data and other malicious actions.
