What is CVE-2019-25388?

Smoothwall Express 3.1-SP4-polar-x86_64-update9 is susceptible to a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability. This flaw allows attackers to exploit the ipblock.cgi endpoint, enabling them to inject malicious scripts through manipulated parameters like SRC_IP and COMMENT in POST requests. Consequently, arbitrary JavaScript code could be executed in the browsers of unsuspecting users, presenting a significant security risk.
