What is CVE-2019-25411?

The Comodo Dome Firewall version 2.7.0 is susceptible to a reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability due to improper validation of user input, specifically the GATEWAY_GREEN parameter. This weakness allows attackers to craft malicious POST requests targeting the DHCP configuration endpoint, injecting arbitrary JavaScript code that can be executed in the browsers of administrators. Consequently, attackers can effectively manipulate the sessions and data of users interacting with the compromised system. Organizations using this version must implement immediate security measures to mitigate potential exploits.
