What is CVE-2019-25412?

The Comodo Dome Firewall version 2.7.0 is susceptible to a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability. This flaw occurs when unsanitized input is submitted through the NTP_SERVER_LIST parameter, allowing attackers to inject malicious scripts. By exploiting this vulnerability, an attacker can send crafted POST requests to the /korugan/time endpoint, triggering the execution of arbitrary JavaScript in the context of a user's browser session. This can potentially lead to session hijacking, phishing attacks, or the insertion of malware into the user's environment.
