Reflected Cross-Site Scripting Vulnerability in Comodo Dome Firewall
CVE-2019-25413
What is CVE-2019-25413?
Comodo Dome Firewall version 2.7.0 is susceptible to a reflected cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability. This flaw enables unauthenticated attackers to craft specific requests targeting the /manage/ips/rules/ endpoint. By manipulating the ID parameter within these requests, malicious script payloads can be injected and executed in the browsers of end users. This poses a significant risk, as it could allow attackers to carry out a variety of malicious actions effectively impersonating legitimate users.
