What is CVE-2019-25421?
Comodo Dome Firewall 2.7.0 is vulnerable to multiple cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks that can be exploited through the policyfw endpoint. This vulnerability allows attackers to craft and submit POST requests containing JavaScript payloads via the mac, target, and remark parameters. Successful exploitation may lead to the execution of arbitrary code in the browsers of administrators or enable the storage of persistent scripts within the application. This could potentially compromise sensitive information and undermine the application's security integrity.
