What is CVE-2019-25433?

XOOPS CMS version 2.5.9 is susceptible to SQL injection attacks through the 'cid' parameter in the gerar_pdf.php endpoint. This vulnerability enables unauthenticated attackers to manipulate database queries, allowing them to inject malicious SQL code. By sending crafted GET requests with rogue cid values, attackers can potentially access sensitive database information, posing a significant risk to the integrity and confidentiality of stored data.
