What is CVE-2019-25439?

NoviSmart CMS exposes an SQL injection vulnerability that allows attackers to execute arbitrary SQL commands by manipulating the Referer HTTP header. This vulnerability enables malicious users to send crafted requests containing time-based SQL injection payloads, potentially allowing them to extract sensitive information from the database or disrupt service availability.
