What is CVE-2019-25466?
The Easy File Sharing Web Server 7.2 is vulnerable to a local structured exception handling buffer overflow, enabling attackers to execute arbitrary code. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by creating a specially crafted username with a payload that consists of 4059 bytes of padding, followed by a nseh value and a seh pointer. This carefully constructed username triggers the buffer overflow when a new user account is added, potentially compromising system integrity.
