What is CVE-2019-25549?

VeryPDF PCL Converter 2.7 is susceptible to a denial of service attack that allows local users to cause the application to crash. This vulnerability is exploited by providing an exceptionally long password, specifically a 3000-byte string, within the PDF Security encryption settings. When processing PCL files, the application fails due to a buffer overflow triggered by this excessive input.
