What is CVE-2019-25553?

CEWE PHOTO IMPORTER version 6.4.3 is susceptible to a denial of service attack, which can be executed by local attackers. By importing a specially crafted image file, an attacker can crash the application. This vulnerability is exploited through the import feature, where a malformed JPG file with an oversized buffer can disrupt the normal image processing workflow, leading the application to become unresponsive.
