What is CVE-2019-25571?

MediaMonkey 4.1.23 has a vulnerability that enables local attackers to crash the application. This originates from a specially crafted MP3 file containing an excessively long URL string. When the malicious file is opened through the File > Open URL dialog, it triggers a crash due to the buffer being overloaded with 4000 bytes of data appended to the URL. Users should remain vigilant and avoid opening suspicious files to prevent potential disruptions.
