What is CVE-2019-25592?

PHPRunner 10.1 is susceptible to a denial of service vulnerability that enables local attackers to crash the application by entering an excessively long string in the dashboard name field. Specifically, attackers can exploit this weakness by inputting a buffer of up to 10,000 characters during dashboard creation, resulting in the application becoming unresponsive.
