What is CVE-2019-25741?

MobaXterm 12.1 has a structured exception handling (SEH) based buffer overflow vulnerability in the username field of session files. This flaw can be exploited by remote attackers through a specially crafted session file, which, when imported, triggers the buffer overflow and allows the execution of arbitrary code. This can enable attackers to gain unauthorized reverse shell access with the privileges of the user executing the session.
