What is CVE-2019-25747?

Network Inventory Advisor 5.0.26.0 is susceptible to a privilege escalation vulnerability due to the installation of the niaservice service with an unquoted binary path. This design flaw enables local attackers to place malicious executables in intermediate directories, allowing them to execute arbitrary code with LocalSystem privileges upon service start or restart.
