What is CVE-2019-2638?
A vulnerability exists in the Oracle General Ledger component of the Oracle E-Business Suite, particularly within the Consolidation Hierarchy Viewer. This flaw enables a low privileged attacker with network access via HTTP to potentially compromise the integrity of the Oracle General Ledger system. Successful exploitation can lead to unauthorized creation, deletion, or modification of critical data, granting the attacker access to sensitive information and allowing complete manipulation of all accessible data within the General Ledger.
