What is CVE-2019-3810?

A security flaw exists in Moodle allowing cross-site scripting (XSS) via the /userpix/ page, which improperly escapes users' full names displayed during profile image hover. While this page isn't linked by default and has restricted access, it poses a risk, particularly if an attacker knows the URL. Users of affected Moodle versions should implement security measures to mitigate this vulnerability.
