What is CVE-2019-3821?
A vulnerability exists in the Civetweb frontend used by Ceph RADOS Gateway that improperly manages request handling when SSL is enabled. An attacker can exploit this flaw by establishing multiple connections, which may lead to the exhaustion of file descriptors for the ceph-radosgw service. This results in a remote denial of service, potentially affecting service availability.
