What is CVE-2019-3961?

A reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability exists in Nessus versions 8.4.0 and earlier due to improper validation of user-supplied input. This flaw allows an unauthenticated remote attacker to craft a malicious request that, when executed, can run arbitrary script code in the context of the user's browser session. Exploitation of this vulnerability could lead to significant security risks, including data theft and session hijacking.
