What is CVE-2019-3988?

The Blink XT2 Sync Module firmware versions prior to 2.13.11 contain a vulnerability that allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary commands on the device. This occurs due to insufficient input sanitization when configuring the device's Wi-Fi settings through the BSSID parameter. An attacker exploiting this vulnerability could gain unauthorized control, potentially compromising the security and functionality of the device.
