What is CVE-2019-3995?

A denial of service vulnerability exists in ELOG server versions up to 3.1.4-57bea22 due to a NULL pointer dereference. This flaw allows remote unauthenticated attackers to crash the server by sending specially crafted HTTP GET requests, leading to service interruptions and potential disruptions to application functionality.
