What is CVE-2019-4616?

IBM Cloud Automation Manager version 3.2.1.0 contains a session management flaw where the secure attribute is not enforced on authorization tokens and session cookies. This oversight allows attackers to exploit insecure HTTP links, potentially leading to unauthorized access to sensitive cookie values. By tricking users into visiting malicious links, attackers can intercept unprotected cookies transmitted over the network, thereby exposing the system to a variety of security risks.
