What is CVE-2019-4688?

IBM Security Guardium Data Encryption 3.0.0.2 possesses a vulnerability where the secure attribute is not set on authorization tokens or session cookies. This oversight can allow attackers to potentially intercept cookie values via malicious links that direct users to insecure HTTP sites. When the affected cookies are transmitted over such links, they may be exposed to attackers who can then capture sensitive cookie information through traffic snooping techniques.
