What is CVE-2019-5700?

NVIDIA Shield TV Experience, prior to version 8.0.1, and NVIDIA Tegra software possess a critical vulnerability in their bootloader. This flaw arises due to insufficient validation of boot image fields, allowing an attacker to potentially execute arbitrary code, cause a denial of service, escalate user privileges, or disclose sensitive information. Users are advised to update their software to mitigate these risks.
