What is CVE-2019-7201?

An unquoted service path vulnerability has been identified in QNAP NetBak Replicator's service QVssService. This issue permits an authorized local user without administrative privileges to execute arbitrary code with elevated system privileges. This vulnerability can be exploited if the service is misconfigured, allowing a local user to gain access to sensitive resources. QNAP has addressed this flaw in version 4.5.12.1108 and users are advised to update immediately to safeguard their systems.
