What is CVE-2019-7700?

A heap-based buffer over-read has been identified in the wasm::WasmBinaryBuilder::visitCall function within wasm-binary.cpp in Binaryen version 1.38.22. By providing a specially crafted WebAssembly input, the vulnerability can trigger a segmentation fault, ultimately leading to a denial-of-service scenario.
