What is CVE-2019-9697?

The information disclosure vulnerability in the Management Center REST API versions 2.0, 2.1, and 2.2 prior to version 2.2.2.1 poses a significant security risk. An attacker with authenticated access can exploit this flaw to retrieve sensitive passwords associated with external backup and CPL policy import servers.
