What is CVE-2019-9903?
A vulnerability exists in the Poppler PDF processing library version 0.74.0, where the function PDFDoc::markObject mishandles dictionary marking. This flaw, specifically in Dict::find(), can lead to excessive stack usage. An attacker may exploit this by supplying a specially crafted PDF file to the pdfunite binary, potentially causing a denial-of-service condition due to stack exhaustion.
