What is CVE-2020-10547?

The rConfig application, versions 3.9.4 and earlier, includes a vulnerability in compliancepolicyelements.inc.php that allows for unauthenticated SQL injection. This flaw can be exploited to manipulate database queries, leading to unauthorized access to sensitive data. Compounding this issue, the default storage of node passwords in cleartext significantly increases the risk of lateral movement, enabling attackers to compromise monitored network devices and escalate privileges within the network infrastructure.
