What is CVE-2020-11100?
A vulnerability exists in the HPACK decoder of HAProxy versions 1.8 through 2.1.3. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending a specially crafted HTTP/2 request, allowing them to write arbitrary bytes in memory. This manipulation of the heap may lead to remote code execution, potentially compromising the affected system. Users are advised to update to HAProxy version 2.1.4 or later to mitigate this risk.
