What is CVE-2020-11685?

The JetBrains GoLand IDE prior to version 2019.3.2 contains a vulnerability wherein the plugin repository was accessed via insecure HTTP instead of secure HTTPS. This could potentially allow attackers to intercept sensitive data during the transmission. Users of affected versions are strongly encouraged to update to the latest version to mitigate risks associated with this vulnerability.
