What is CVE-2020-13509?

An information disclosure vulnerability is present in the NZXT CAM application version 4.8.0, due to a flaw in the WinRing0x64 Driver's handling of privileged I/O Read IRPs. This issue enables a low privilege user to craft a specific I/O request packet (IRP 0x9c4060cc), granting them unrestricted access to the IN instruction at an elevated privilege level. An attacker exploiting this vulnerability could potentially extract sensitive information from the system, posing a significant risk to user privacy and data integrity.
