What is CVE-2020-13551?

A local privilege elevation vulnerability exists in the file system permissions of the Advantech WebAccess/SCADA 9.0.1 installation. This weakness allows an attacker to exploit the PostgreSQL executable to either replace binary or loaded modules, enabling them to execute code with NT SYSTEM privileges.
