What is CVE-2020-13699?

A vulnerability in TeamViewer Desktop for Windows allows attackers to launch the application with arbitrary parameters, potentially exploiting the application's handling of custom URI protocols. This weakness can enable the attacker to force a victim to send NTLM authentication requests, which could then be relayed or captured for offline password cracking.
