What is CVE-2020-13963?

SOPlanning, prior to version 1.47, is susceptible to an access control vulnerability that exposes critical secret key information. The application hardcodes the admin access key within the installation code, allowing unauthorized users potential access to administrative functionalities. Furthermore, there is a lack of a key for the publicsp (guest) account, which exacerbates the risk by making it easier for unprivileged users to gain unintended access. This vulnerability could lead to exploitation of sensitive information and unauthorized actions within the system.
