What is CVE-2020-14012?

The osTicket system version 1.14.2 contains a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability that can be exploited through the Knowledgebase Category Name or Category Description fields. This security flaw allows an attacker, who must possess Agent access privileges, to inject malicious scripts. If successfully executed, these scripts can compromise the security of users interacting with the application, potentially leading to unauthorized data exposure or manipulation.
