What is CVE-2020-14209?

Dolibarr ERP versions before 11.0.5 are susceptible to a vulnerability that allows low-privilege users to upload files considered unsafe, specifically .pht and .phar file types. This flaw could enable an attacker to execute arbitrary code on the server. Furthermore, an attacker can manipulate the .htaccess file during the upload process to change access control settings, which could bypass existing security measures by allowing unwanted file types to be executed as PHP code.
