What is CVE-2020-15049?

A vulnerability in the Squid cache server prior to version 4.12 and 5.0.3 allows attackers to conduct Request Smuggling and Poisoning attacks. This can occur when a client submits an HTTP request with a Content-Length header that has unusual formatting, such as a leading '+' or '-' character, or an uncommon whitespace character preceding the length value. This exploitation can compromise the integrity of the HTTP cache, resulting in unintended behavior and potential data leakage.
