What is CVE-2020-15644?
This vulnerability enables remote attackers to exploit affected installations of Marvell QConvergeConsole 5.5.0.64, allowing the execution of arbitrary code. Despite requiring authentication to exploit the vulnerability, the existing authentication mechanism can be bypassed. This issue originates from a flaw within the 'setAppFileBytes' method in the GWTTestServiceImpl class, resulting from improper validation of user-supplied paths in file operations. Successful exploitation could permit attackers to execute code with SYSTEM privileges.
