What is CVE-2020-17389?
A remote code execution vulnerability exists in Marvell QConvergeConsole 5.5.0.64 that can be exploited by attackers. The flaw lies within the decryptFile method of the GWTTestServiceImpl class, where inadequate validation of a user-supplied path enables malicious file operations. While authentication is necessary, attackers can bypass the authentication mechanism to execute arbitrary code with SYSTEM privileges.
