What is CVE-2020-18660?

GetSimpleCMS, a content management system, is susceptible to an open redirect vulnerability in its admin section. The flaw exists in the 'admin/changedata.php' file where improper validation of user-supplied URLs allows attackers to redirect users to arbitrary external sites. This can facilitate phishing attacks or be leveraged in further exploitation of the application's trust model.
