Vendor
CVE Published:

Summary

A flaw in Apache Syncope allows for Server-Side Template Injection, which can be exploited by attackers to insert arbitrary Java EL expressions. This potentially leads to unauthorized remote code execution, as the application does not properly validate input used in error message templates. Given that Syncope employs Java Bean Validation custom constraint validators, an attacker capable of injecting data into these templates can execute arbitrary Java code, compromising the security of the application.
