What is CVE-2020-2234?
The Jenkins Pipeline Maven Integration Plugin versions up to 3.8.2 contain a vulnerability due to a missing permission check. This flaw allows users who possess Overall/Read access to connect to an arbitrary JDBC URL, which can be specified by an attacker. By exploiting this vulnerability, attackers could leverage compromised credential IDs to potentially extract sensitive credentials stored within Jenkins, leading to unauthorized access to critical data and resources.
