What is CVE-2020-2319?
The Jenkins VMware Lab Manager Slaves Plugin versions prior to 0.2.8 improperly stores sensitive passwords in an unencrypted format within the global config.xml file located on the Jenkins controller. This flaw allows unauthorized users with access to the file system of the Jenkins controller to view the stored passwords, potentially leading to unauthorized access or manipulation of Jenkins jobs.
